Supreme Court Stolen Valor Decision: PENDING

Decision (should) come out at 10am this morning, and you should go here to see it in real time.  I will update the post as I get a chance to read it.  But boy do I need a win today.  I like the graphic above, because while Alvarez is the named defendant in this case, I always think of Rick Strandlof/Duncan/Gold when these cases come down.  I really want that guy in jail.

My body is hurting from Boys State last week, and my heart is hurting from Kevin Youkilis being traded, so a 6-3 upholding of the SVA would do a blogger good.
