Hobbies include: Single Action Army pistol shooting, non-fiction reading, indigenous American art & Cooking (buffalo stew, pico de giao, Moros y Christianos con Rollo de Puerco - black beans and rice with pork loin, as well as barbecued American Bison steaks are my specialties)
